The Arkansas in the Civil War Message Board

Lt. Fielding Price, 1st Arkansas Cav., Attn. Bryan

Hello.
I just read the complete list of that group including the story about Dobbins. By writing e-mails to a little lady in Brazil whose ancestors had come out of Arkansas, she helped me to know that Dobbins lived later than his own family claimed. He was even baptized into the Catholic Church.
Lt. Fielding Price out of White County Arkansas, according to the book, Rebel's Hell which came from material found in the National Archives, was with the 1st Arkansas Cav.
He died in the Yankee Prison on Feb. 1, 1865 of smallpox.
It appears to me that Feilding Price is not listed on the records but I believe he belongs with those men. Am I correct? Is it possible to add his name at this late date to the list of men that were with the 1st Arkansas Cav. considering the information of such comes from the National Archives?
Thanks-
Linda Acrey
