I am sure that you are aware that Company "B" of Cleburne's 15th Arkansas Infantry, aka 1st Arkansas Inf State Troops, was basically the old Jefferson Guards/Southern Guards militia of Pine Bluff lore and legend.

The Jefferson Guards and the Southern Guards were the two militia companies from Jefferson county who along with the Pine Bluff Artillery and a company of cavalry, which I believe may have been the core of Company "D" 2nd Arkansas Cavalry Battalion, were formed as the 24th Arkansas Militia.
