Shellie, the information I have is that Pvt. Evan Young, Co. A, 4th Arkansas Cavalry, U.S. Volunteers, died at Benton, Arkansas, on December 5, 1863, due to "congestive chills." I haven't personally researched this Union regiment--the transcript of the Compiled Service Records of the 4th Arkansas (U.S.) Cavalry was given to me by another researcher.
