For those who have expressed an interest in the Trans-Mississippi Order Book as a great resource for researchers, I have completed the transcription and annotation of General Marmadukes Letters and Dispatches received in 1863 to early 1864. Carolynn Bartels of Two Trails Publishing has agreed to publish this work as a supplement to the Trans-Mississippi Order Book. This work is significant in that most of the material involves Marmadukes service in Arkansas and all of the various units that served with or were attached to Marmadukes Division. All of the material has been compared to both the OR's and the Trans-Miss Order book. None of the material, with only a few exceptions, can be found in those works. There are a few contributors to this board who can verify this. Where there are letters or dispatches that appear in other works those dates and times received are different.

No publishing date has been set yet as the final draft has only now been submitted. I should not think it will be that long. More information will follow as it becomes available.
