Actually I use both the e-history and the Cornell University website for the OR's.

The E-history site allows you to copy and paste which the Cornell site does not. But the Cornell OR's website has a better search engine, which allows you to search by fragments or phrases. I actually found that particular passage by search Frank Armstrong name instead of Ben McCulloch's, or the date which produced too many hits.
