Im researching Gibson's Louisiana Brigade which was created in March 1862 right before the Battle of Shiloh. The 1st Arkansas was attached to this brigade and fought with it at Shiloh. I am interested in trying to find some primary information from members of the 1st at Shiloh. All I have right now is Colonel Fagan's official report.

I would like to elaborate on the 1st Arkansas to give these guys justice in the sacrifice it made at the Hornets Nest.
