Hello. My suggestion is that you contact the Grand Prairie Historical Society at Stuttgart. I believe a man named Bill Shrum who works for the Stuttgart Daily Leader is the current president of the group. I found a number for the man and it is 870-673-2073. I got that from this site:

Several of that group are quite knowing on all sorts of things.
One man-who once lived in Little Rock, I think- is the grandson of Doctor Glenn from Stuttgart who got Arkansas Post on the national historic list back in the 60's The grandson, named Glenn, whose last name maybe Mossenthin, I think still has all the documents relating to the Arkansas Post receiving the appointment to be a national historic list. It is possible that he knows.
