But in Arkansas, after February 1864, there are almost No records of enlistments. So in the matter of using the CSR to prove an enlisted after that date is very difficult. Let alone prove a particular person is the one you are looking for due to age.

Also since a Henry had already been found in Arkansas records, before that February cut off date, and no determination can be made from that record, it would seem that the possibilities of find more information from those same records is slim.
