Hello,It has been awhile since I have looked at the Ark.Treasury warrants. I have several books. The bust is Samuel Adams.Jefferson Davis is on a three dollar. The one I am looking at was issued Apr.11,1862 at eight percent. There are some with the eight removed and six percent written in.I don't have reference to the serial numbers.I do for CSA issue. It should have two different the left has six digits. The right three.I see four on the right on some though not of that denomination.I see L.B. Cunningham signed for treasurer. They range in price from $10.00 to $26.00 in 1964 triple that price. There are rare and very rare issues that would be worth hundreds.Approx. twenty-four different variations printed on blue paper.Plain back, some have printing and overprinting red or green. The front should have green ,red and blue ink. It should have serial letter most likely "D". My 1915 edition lists rarity at 6 the 1964 lists several at 10 which is the rarest.Value has to do with several issues I would need to see.Of the day counterfiets are worth more then actual. If it is possible to send a digital image I would love to take a look at it!
