From Goodspeed's Biographical & Historical Memoirs of Eastern Arkansas: Between White & Cache Rivers their is a long tract of land slightly elevated above the river bottoms & divided by a depression into two parts, the northern being called"Upper Surrounded Hill" & the southern "Lower Surrounded Hill".
This lower Surrounded Hill would be around Biscoe.
