Alan, I've got a copy of Jack A. Bunch's two-volume work on the military justice system of the C.S. Army.

Volume II, "Roster of the Courts-Martial of the Confederate States Armies," lists thousands of soldiers with rank, unit, date of trial, charges and sentence. A couple of drawbacks to this otherwise invaluable resource -- the charges are not listed for about half of the men, and there is a big gap in records from the Trans-Mississippi Department (ain't there always?).

BTW, Volume I, "Military Justice in the Confederate States Armies," covers the rules and articles of war, general orders, Acts of the Confederate Congress, procedures for courts-martial, and some very good statistical analyses of courts-martial (these are based on the data in Volume II).
