Hugh is buried in Colusa Community Cemetery Colusa Co CA.
I do not have his birth/death date.... There were 6 soldiers to honor, but due to time constraints we (UDC)only dedicated one that day. It is a lengthy ceremony....the others were to be dedicated by the local reanctors at some other time....I assumed they had govt stones also.
