I was looking through a few of my records that survived the flood and while looking through my ancestors record that served in the 5th, I found referene to this Special Order No. 200. It has in his records that he was "on detached service in Arkansas by order of Sec. of War Special Order No 200". Best I can tell, this went into effect 8-10-1863. He also served in McGehee`s Regiment Arkansas Cavalry and surrendered 5-11-1865.

Anyone know what Special Order 200 was?
