No, his service records would not indicate one way or another. His lodge probably not have information on what other lodges he was a member in. Now if he demitted from one lodge then petioned another, then that lodge might have what lodge he had came from. But your best bet is the Grand Lodge of whichever state he was in, I assume it would be Arkansas. After the war people were so destitute that many Lodge members demitted due to none payment of dues. Then other records show that the same people were officers of their lodge for years due to the loss of so many Brothers after the war. I hope this helps.
