Because of doing some genealogy research. I discovered I had Great-gr-gr-grandfather (Phillip Houston Smart) who served in the CSA. He didn't have any headstone but through my research did pin point where he was buried. Just by chance discovered Veterans Admin would supply the headstone if application was approved. So I filled out the paper work and received it 33 days later!!!
