Yes, I can see where the Victory lifted the Morale of the Confederates. But I feel like so much more could have been had if Steele had waited a few more days for that train to have returned and then having it destroyed or bottled up trying to cross the Saline River, would have destroyed Steele and his VII Corp.

With the destruction of Steele's Army Little Rock would have been defenceless along with Pine Bluff.

With those two cities in Confederate hands once again, would the Federals have remounted an offensive to have recaptured the Arkansas River Valley, which was the Breadbasket of Arkansas at the time?

You bring up a good point as to how long could the Confederate have maintained a seige of Camden. But, Steele couldn't have held out for very long either. So it would be a matter of who could outlast the other.
