thank you for responding on our great grandfather francis marion james.my mother has mentioned the stewart name many times,her maiden name was willie lee adkisson born on 3 july 1907 near port, washita county, oklahoma territory,her parents were olive pearl james martin,1st marriage.and 2nd marriage to my grandfather john franklin adkisson they obtained their license at cordell oklahoma in 1906 they were married at sentinal,washita county, ok.i do have a wonderful photo of francis m.and elba l.villyard james taken about 1900 probably in hobert,ok.this photo is in my living room and i look at them several times a day,would be happy to make a copy for you and help you in any way i can as i also am 70 years old but i have been doing research on our family lines since 1980,benjamin franklin james has been areal challenge as he moved around in arkansas,mississippi,texas and in the war and married twice.
