On Jan. 26th I had received an email from you stating you would be refunding my money plus sending me a complimentary copy to which I replied I was only interested in the book not a refund; but it was up to you.
I received the refund Mar 20th and let you know I had received it and again said that I was only interested in getting the book. You replied that I would have a copy of the book by the end of March. Since that was nearly a month ago I had came to the conclusion that you had changed your mind and decided not to send a copy. Therefore, I needed to seek out a copy.
