I don't know what else to say really. There were unexpected delays with the book due to a printing issue followed by an increase in the severity of my illness. This caused me to be much slower than normal in approving proofs, etc. I'm sorry that you don't understand, but your payment was refunded in March and you have a free copy on the way from the printers.

Please keep in mind that this is all done to benefit worthwhile causes. I don't keep any money from the books but donate it to help with historic preservation efforts.

I regret more than anyone that there were delays in releasing the book, not to mention the primary cause for the delay, but it is out now and I think has turned out nicely.
