I have found a John Finch that is listed as being in this
regiment. I am researching to see if he is my great-great
grandfather..he is listed as being 36 years of age at the time of his enlistment, which is close to my gg grandfathers age..my gg grandfather was married to mary Elisabeth Hood and he died in 1873 ..any help is appereciated
