I believe this gentleman's ancestor was in the 2nd Ark Mtd Rifles (dismounted) not Co B 2nd ARk Cav. I think he is wanting to know what unit the many served in during the 64 raid. I could not find him in a unit except the 2nd Ark Mtd Rifles. His CSR does state he was wounded and died on 28 OCT after Mine Creek so he was in anther unit after his release from capture in 63. If there are paroled prisoner rolls on Mine Creek I would love to see them. CSR's in the Trans Miss pretty much do not exist after Feb 1864 so other than letters, diaries, OR's etc not much exists
