A refugee from Arkansas states that three hundred jayhawkers, who defy the rebel conscript law are in the mounains of Clark county, while a thousand more were in Montgomery, openly defying the Rebels. They have been supplied with powder and lead by one of their number formerly engaged in the Rebel ordnance service.
