On the SCV Col. Robert G. Shaver Camp 1655 website there is an article about Col Alexander Spotswood Vandeventer. I tried to contact someone via that page with no luck. I am curious where they got the information that Col Vandeventer was one of the Immortal 600. I can't find his name on any list of the 600. If anyone is a member of that camp, or if anyone knows, please help me with this question. He is my ancestor.
