Jeff, I hope you will post some excerpts from the diary. It sounds like you have some very good information there, which will help fill in some gaps in what we know about Witt's regiment.

Good luck with the blog thing. I'm too much of a computer novice to attempt anything like that. Also, I'm pretty sure that my computer is haunted, because it sometimes does some spooky things. When I turn this thing on in the morning, I just hang on and go along for the ride.
