No...I am not a relative. I am the graves registration officer for the Capt. David L. Payne Camp #2, Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War in Stillwater OK. I was formerly GRO for the Department of Oklahoma. An I am also currently a member of the national Graves Registration Committee of the SUVCW.

I seek information on all Civil War soldiers buried in Oklahoma, both Union and Confederate. When I I find an Arkansas man, I post on this AR Board so the Bryan Howerton can use the burial information.
