Sanders - Byrd kin in Stewart Co. TN...hi Cuzz!!!!

Hi Justin -

am familiar with the Sanders name and my Byrd-Brigham-Bailey kin there in Stewart Co. TN. One of the will documents I have for my gggg -grandmother Mary Brigham (mother of Luna Louisa Brigham Byrd, mother of George Wesley Byrd) mentions one of the Sanders cousins. Am at work, need to check my files at home to see which one, but dimly remember it being Thomas Sanders...???

Wasn't one of the Sanders men (Thomas?) at Ft. Henry on Feb. 6, 1862 along with George Wesley Byrd? Was it your ancestor???

Please email me directly at kbyrd@iupui.edu so we can interact further, etc.

Kenneth Byrd
