Yes. That is interesting.
Unless I am mistaken, this is after the reported time of his death.
Meaning that his family considered him dead.
Running a hotel is a big step from waiting bar.
Someone like Dobbins just did not make that big of a step-down is my opinion.
His family did not help the situation by not telling the truth is another one of my opinions.
I also wonder why in all these years, nothing has been heard of his descendants.
Someone who was as well known as Dobbins surely had someone who was
proud to claim kin. Just some more of my observations.
