Earnest’s Company, Local Defense

Jeremiah "Jerry" Earnest / Ernest was hung in Little Rock in 1864.
1. What was the exact date he died? I have seen March and November online.
2. Where was he buried?
3. Did his son serve James b. in 1847 serve under him?

Earnest’s Company, Local Defense
Earnest, James — Private.
Earnest, Jeremiah — Captain; previously served in Co. F, 4th Arkansas Infantry.
Williams, Thomas — Private.
Williams, Zachariah — Private; previously served in Co. F, 4th Arkansas Infantry.

In the 1870 census for Southfork, Montgomery Co. AR page 10
Jeremiah's 11 year old twin daughter's are living with their older sister Mary Williams nee Earnest.
In the next household is Louisa Williams, 43, head of household. She probably lost her husband during the war.
4. Was he one of the two Williams men above??

There is a photo of Jeremiah online.
