The map [p. 196] in Dr. William M. McPheeters diary, "I Acted from Principal." entitled Sterling Price's Missouri Expedition (McPheeter's Route) provides the following:

Oct 23, 1864 - Battle of Wesport, just below Kansas City

Oct 25, 1864 - Battle of Mine Creek, just below Trading Post

Oct 25, 1864 - Skirmish at Little Osage River

Oct 25, 1864 - Skirmish at Marmilton River, near Ft Scott

through Carthage [Oct 26] on the Spring River

next through Pineville [Oct 29], Maysville [Oct 30] and Cane Hill [Nov 1-4], thence Westerly through the Cherokee Nation

Nov 7, 1864 - Expedition recrosses Arkansas River, west of Fort Smith

next through Perryville [Nov 13-15], Boggy Depot [Nov 18], and Fort McCulloch, crossing the Red River [Nov 22], Bonham [Nov 23], Honey Grove [Nov 25], Paris, Clarksville [Nov 28-Dec 1],

Dec 2, 1864 - Expedition returns to Arkansas at Laynesport

next thorough Richmond, crossing the Little River at Fulton

Dec 28, 1864 - Missiouri Expedition ends at Washington
