Explore the Brooks-Baxter War through a series of
presentations by some of the state's leading historians.
Dr. Carl Moneyhon will present an overview of
Reconstruction in the U.S. and Arkansas.
Dr. Kenneth Barnes will provide participants with an account
of the Brooks-Baxter War and the fighting that took place.
Dr. Jay Barth will discuss the aftermath and
ramifications of the Brook-Baxter War.
The afternoon will end with the panel taking questions.
Admission is free though participants must make reservations by January 20.
