As Gene said, there's not much information about this soldier. He enlisted as a private in Co. B, 7th (Hill's) Arkansas Cavalry, at Clarksville, Arkansas, on May 22, 1863, for three years or the war. He was wounded in a skirmish at Dardanelle, Arkansas, on September 12, 1863. On the last extant muster roll, as of February 29, 1864, he was marked as "absent, wounded in battle." There are no later records.
