*Also in company B on all these lists are the two men who contested that Daniel R was indeed in Fristoe's Regiment Company B for his 1908 pension application (Thomas Stroud and William Kirby). They appear to have both lived all their lives in Fulton County, AR. My ancestor, Daniel R Horton is still a big mystery but I do think he died in 1911. Can you tell me how to find out where/when he signed up with Fristoe and how old he may have been? He may have been in Madison County MO in 1860, and may have also gone by Reuben H Horton (b. 1842).
