Sharon, it looks like we are related indeed! Lillie's older sister was Martha Jane, the mother of my grandad, Samuel Barney Stewart, who had 5 boys, the youngest of whom-Henry-married Patricia Page (at least I think her maiden name was Page), and they still live in Springhill, LA. She and Henry are 2d cousins, which nobody seems to mind. I'm the oldest son of Barney's next youngest son, Sanlen Samuel Stewart. Samuel P. Reid is buried in Center Grove Cemetery, Titus Co, TX (near Mt. Pleasant). We hear that Martha used to take her family from their home south of Hope AR over to visit her dad pretty frequently, but died on one of those trips when she was still pretty young-maybe 25 or so. We've no idea where she might be buried. I'd love to hear anything you might know about Sam Reid, including your line of the family.
