Alan, a couple of the names are familiar to me --

Capt. Stephen M. Hale, Co. D, 3rd Texas Cavalry.
Capt. William Thompson, Co. F, 3rd Arkansas Battalion (later 15th Northwest Arkansas Infantry).

Both of these units were in northwest Arkansas in late 1861.
