Mirofilm Roll Roll 38-3 at AHC

I was wondering if anyone has ever transcribed the following microfilm:

General Microfilm Roll 38-3, Arkansas Military Department Records under
Spanish American War, Title: List of Commissioned Officers of the State Militia 1827-62.

Anthony Rushing shared a transcription that someone had one of the Saline County information from this roll, but I wondered if the entire roll has been done. It is a gold mine of Militia Information.

It contains information on several Militia Brigade Commander's that I have not found elsewhere.

It has three more Militia Regiments that I was not tracking:

67th of Clark County,
68th of Columbia county,
69th of Hempstead county, and
71st of Carroll County,
(Not sure what happened to the 70th.

The Microfilm also has the officers for many of the Volunteer Militia Companies being raised as early and 1859 and lists their dates of election.

It also has lists of volunteer units being raised in 1863 and 64.

I am aware of a transcription of the officers from the territorial period that is in the bookstacks at the AHC, but not this list.
