Numbering of Artillery Units

I have the organization of the Artillery of the Trans-Mississippi, but did the following artillery batteries that served east of the Mississippi River ever have number designations?

Jackson Light Artillery, McCown's Battery, Thrall’s Battery
Moticello Artillery, Drew Light Artillery, Owen's Battery
Helena Artillery, Clarkson's Battery, Key's Battery

Also, do we know anything about Battery A, 1st Tennesse Artillery, like why it was primarily Arkansas Soldiers. Did these Soliders start off with some other designation?
