Does any one know how I might obtain a copy of one? Jim Morris was kind enough to send me information that made clear my great-great grandfather, William Henry Stiner, received one on March 17, 1863 (and was most likely at Port Hudson then). I'd like to find an actual copy of the certificate. Thanks in advance for any help!
