RE: Pvt Archie Cramer

I found reference to a Private Archie Cramer, company H, 60th Regiment US Colored infantry. He was from Fulton Missouri age 22. He enlisted October 1863, died of disease at Powhatan, Arkansas on September 16 1865. I am trying to determine if the company had an outpost there, or if he died while the unit was camped while conducting field operations. I am also trying to find where he was being treated at, and where he was buried. Does anyone have any information on this soldier and where he may be buried. I would like to have a marker placed at his grave, or if it cannot be located, somewhere at Powhatan. anyone have any ideas?
