Re: 40th Arkansas

The NPS Site lists a 40th Regiment, Arkansas Infantry, which I have just assumed was another of the 40 series mounted infantry regiments, but the 40th does not appear in any of the Orders of Battle for Price's Missouri Campaign and they were not present at the surrender of most of the other 40 Series Regiments at Jacksonport and Wittsburg May 25. The unit lists the following members. Any additional information on this unit would be appreciated.
