Does anyone know if the remains of Union casualties interred at the Little Rock National Cemetery in 1868, also include those who died of disease, and were not buried at or near a major Arkansas battlefield? Is anyone familiar with burial procedures for junior enlisted soldiers in United States Colored Troops regiments? would a USCT private been buried on the grounds, or would they have tried to bury the private in a Private cememtery?
