Civil War Re-enactment in Batesville

I tried to go to the "Civil War Reenactors Discussion Forum but the page said it didn't exist, so I am posting here. I hope that is ok.

There is a going to be a Civil War Re-enactment in Batesville, Arkansas May 12th & 13th at Riverside Park. We are calling it the Union Invasion of Batesville. The "fighting" begins at 2:00pm both days. Come visit the camps from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday and 9:00 am to 4:00pm on Sunday. Activities include: "Lemonade in the Shade" United Daughters of the Confederacy & Old Indipendence Regional Museum; Kids can use metal detectors to search for minie balls; cannon demonstrations; and talk with the re-enactors & learn history...and much more.

There will be a Confederate Ball--Tickets $20.00 each. This will be Saturday night, May 12th at Josie's. Price includes dinner and entertainment with a special appearance by the Pilot Knob Mountain Boys. Dinner starts at 6:00pm. Music & entertainment from 7:00pm 'til the dancers get tired! Tickets are limited. Available at First Community Bank-main branch and Cave City branch, Citizens Bank, Southern Bank, Regional Museum & Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce.
