We talked before about this series. I have found vol 1-3 online http://www.archive.org/details/MSHWRMedical1 just change the number at the end of the url for each volume. Nothing came up for 4-6 so I'm still trying to find them online - perhaps whoever is putting them online just hasn't finished yet.
