CREVASSE AT NAPOLEON: We are informed by the officers, of the steamboat Eliza G that Napoleon has been completely under water. The levee on the Arkansas river broke, and the torrents of water from thence washed away a portion of the levee on the Mississippi. There had been a large lot of sugar in the place, but the rising waters had destroyed it, leaving scarcely a hogshead in the city.
