Bryan, I'm co-editing the diary of Charles F. Gunther, who worked in Wiley's Cove, Searcy County in early 1861. The diary is due for publication this August. it mentions Sam Leslie and many of the inhabitants of Searcy County, including the Bradshaw family, Crocketts, Keslers, etc. Can you put me in touch with Mr. Johnston?
