“Nashville Blues” = "Davis Blues"?

On March 26 , 1861 militia commissioned were issued to the officers of a volunteer company in the 8th Regimnet, Arkansas State Militia, called the Nashibille Blues. The officers were:

Sims McGowin Capt.

J. Neal 1st Lieut.

M. A. Winn 2nd Lieut.

John W. Smith 3rd Lieut.

I think this unit became the Davis Blues of the 5th Regiment, Arkansas State Troops. It appears that by June, Captain J. Neal was in command of the company, McCown, Simeon was the 1st Lieutenant, and M. A. Wynn and John W. Smith had returned to the ranks as Privates.
