Cathy Cunningham, the Community Development Coordinator for Southern Bancorp Capital Partners in Helena, Ar. will be speaker for the November meeting of the Grand Prairie Civil War Round Table.
This will be held at 7:00 in the Lonoke County Museum, 215 South East Front Street in downtown Lonoke on Tuesday, November 13, 2012.
Cunningham has been involved with the Historic preservation Plan for Helena/West Helena.
The presentation will focus on what as been accomplished in Helena and the future plans for interpreting the Civil War in Helena. Cathy Cunningham's husband, Ernest, is a member of the Arkansas Civil War Sesquicentennial Commission.
