The Butler Center for Arkansas Studies is pleased to announce the digitization of the Wesley C. Hall Civil War Collection as well as the Henry Phillips Civil War Letters collection. Hall served in the 9th Missouri Infantry, CSA while Phillips served in the 47th Iowa Infantry. Both collections contain a great deal of interesting information.
