July 23, 1863, Anemia Dysentary, arrived Depot of POWs near Sandusky, Ohio September 1, transferred to Pt. Lookout, Md. prison April 22, 1864, admitted USA General Hospital, Pt. Lookout April 26,1864, Chronic Diarrhoea, paroled May 3, 1864 and transferred for exchange for delivery to City Point, Va.
