I did find a CPT H D Flowers as cdr of Co A 24th (Portlock's) Ark Inf. He is apparently from SEvier County as that is where he was enlisted by C. L. Dawson. He shows as present Apr-Aug 1862 but soon awol and later dropped. But not sure if that is him or not. Maybe there is another I am missing but all the Flowers I find in 19th Dawson, are privates unless I overlooked one.
