Yes sir, but the term "mounted" wasn't just used for Harts battery, it was applied to all the Arkansas Batteries except the siege train in Special Order No. 290. You can view it at the following link.

I believe that the term mounted was simply ment to indicate horse drawn as opposed to naval or siege. It is my understanding that use of mountain howitzers had basically been discontinued at this point. A few years ago, Bryan Howerton provided a post which I copied below which listed the weapons assigned to each battery when they were surrendered.
